If I notice that you are ill, I will require you to re-schedule your appointment at no additional cost.
Because I do work from home, I asked that any extra guests refrain from attending the appointment for safety purposes. If you need to be accompanied by someone or would want to bring an extra person, please let me know in advanced.
Arriving at least 15mins early is helpful to ensure full benefits of the appointment including consultation, prep and service.
If running late for the appointment, the service will run for the remainder of your time slot the moment you arrive and you will still be required to pay for service in full.
*I understand that last minute emergencies or occurrences may present themselves and I will try my best to accommodate you as best I can with the amount of time available.
Mobile Appointments (Currently Unavailable)
If you have booked a mobile appointment, same policies above apply, keeping in mind the difference of the appointment being provided in your home vs mine.
Cancellations and Rescheduling:
Must be made at least 24hrs in advanced. If failed to do so, full balance paid will be required during any future bookings
Rescheduling must be done at least 4hrs prior to appointment time in order for the initial deposit to go towards new appointment date/time. Failure to do so will result in a new deposit charge.
No Call/No Show:
If you do not show up to your appointment and/or fail to give notice, you will be charged in full for the service you have book before you are able to schedule another appointment.
You must be 18yrs. old in order to receive a service from me. Guests under the age of 18 will require parental consent prior to booking.
Some services will not be provided to guests under the age of 12.
I accept cash and/or credit cards. Balance must be paid in full at the time of the appointment.
Due to services provided, refunds will not be available or exchanges may not be made. If you happen to be dissatisfied with the service, arrangements will be made to the best of my ability.
